Shipping
How fast will my items ship?
We value our customers and work to ship your orders within 3-5 business days of order! All orders are shipped with a tracking number.

Where are your products made?
All of our products are handcrafted in our shop near St. Louis, MO, USA.
Return Policy
What is your return policy?
Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. Please contact us upon immediate receipt of your order if you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason. We will do our best to remedy the situation. Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since receipt of your purchase and no attempt has been made to contact us, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, product must be mailed back to the company for a return to be completely processed. Any shipping or packaging costs incurred to process the return are the customer's responsibility. Joyful Nest is not responsible for the costs associated with customer returns unless the return is due to postal carrier negligence or of our company.
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. The amount of time for a refund to reflect on your credit card depends on the credit company, not Joyful Nest.
Clearance item sales are final and cannot be refunded.
Do you accept exchanges?
We only replace items if they are defective or arrive damaged. Exchanges/returns are accepted within 10 days of the customer receiving their order.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. When your refund is processed, it will have the cost of shipping removed from the total amount.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
